Peru was the 11th mission for ISMS. The mission received logistic support from several individuals and organizations. We are grateful to Mr. Tom Hough of United Servants Abroad, Dr. Ralph Kuon of Peruvian American Medical Society and the Peruvian embassy in Washington DC and NYC. The team operated on 122 patients and provided medical care in the clinic to many more.
A reporter from Southampton Press, Mr. Joe Shaw and a photographer, Ms. Dana Shaw, were embedded with the team and witnessed first hand our work.
